Cowboy Cantina located in the heart of Palm Desert on El Paseo is committed to bringing its guests innovative Southwestern Cuisine, food based in the rustic cooking and recipes of dishes that were eaten by colonial Spanish settlers, American Cowboys, Native Americans, and even the people of Mexico to the south. Known for its diversity and spices, specifically chile, whether red or green.
